The Zholym project has its relevance and value for teenagers, as during this period they are going through a number of existential crises (search for the meaning of life) with regard to their purpose, mission and future. And often teenagers experience strong experiences and anxiety from uncertainty and uncertainty. And one of the advantages of this project is that it helps to study yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, to create a holistic picture of yourself, including personal characteristics, skills, abilities, experience and interests. What in the future can help in choosing a future profession, understand what causes the greatest interest in the field of work and appropriate skills. There is another value and, probably, the novelty of this project, in addition to defining an individual personal scheme, an individual development plan is offered, i.e. recommendations on how to develop certain interests and abilities. The proposed recommendations are not generalized, quite interesting and correspond to modern trends. The quote says that "knowledge is power," i.e. self-knowledge, self-understanding and work on ourselves give us opportunities to unlock our potential and find our own path of development.

I began to approach my tasks more systematically and actively work on the implementation of the proposed recommendations. There were new thoughts about the opportunity to delve into the proposed profession and I wanted to expand my language skills.

Perfectly selected, especially the recommendation to create a club! Now I won't have to think for a long time, because I understood my interests better and that I should study in the near future.
